Pulmonary Hemosiderosis in Children

We present nowardays acute pulmonary hemorrhagia-hemosiderosis concept among infants , dignostic critirea and treatment.
Also we would like to show first signs of the desease, pathophysiology, pathogenesis, clinical and laboratory findings, differential diagnosis.One rare case is also presented in the article.
